Innovando.net, whose registered company name is INNOVANDO CONSULTORIA, CAPACITACION y SERVICIOS S.A.S. DE C.V. (hereinafter “innovando.net”), with its address at Circuito Paris 1018, Colonia Vista Hermosa, Postal Code 88710, Reynosa, Tamaulipas, informs you, in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the Law) and its Regulations, that it collects and processes your personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice.

Innovando.net collects your personal data directly through electronic means, including chat, email and telephone, and indirectly through transfers from its affiliated companies and/or third parties.

The personal data we collect directly and indirectly includes your full name, address, home, work and mobile telephone numbers, email address and city of residence. We undertake to process all data obtained under the strictest security measures to ensure confidentiality.

Your personal information will be used exclusively to follow up on comments, inquiries, complaints and claims you submit concerning our products and services, to maintain statistical and administrative records and, where applicable, for advertising and commercial prospecting. If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for advertising and offers, please notify us at contacto@innovando.net.

Under Article 8 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data, if you do not object to the processing of your personal data, you will be deemed to have given us your express consent to do so. In any event, we undertake not to process this data for purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Notice, except as provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Third parties to whom innovando.net transfers your personal data commit to the same terms as this Privacy Notice and comply with the applicable security and confidentiality measures. We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and to carry out any such transfer under the terms of that Law.

Because processing and transferring your personal data is essential to fulfilling the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, restricting these activities may prevent us from fulfilling those purposes and providing the quality services you expect from us.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold and details of its processing; to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; to cancel data when you consider it unnecessary for any purpose stated in this Privacy Notice, when it is used for purposes you have not consented to, or when the contractual or service relationship has ended; and to object to its processing for specific purposes (ARCO Rights: Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection).

To exercise these ARCO Rights, you must submit the corresponding request to our Marketing Department, which manages innovando.net’s documents and personal data. You can contact us at contacto@innovando.net.

Your request to exercise ARCO Rights must state your name and the postal or email address where you wish to receive information about the procedure. It must include documents proving your identity or your legal representative’s authority. Please also include a clear and precise description of the data to which your request relates and any other information that helps us identify or locate it. For rectification, please specify the exact change requested and provide supporting documentation.

For your protection and benefit, we may request additional documentation to identify the data you wish to access, rectify or cancel, or whose processing you wish to oppose. Please also note that innovando.net may be unable to cancel or block your personal data under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations.

Once your complete and properly documented request is received, our Marketing Department will respond within a maximum of 20 business days. If the request is granted, the requested right may be exercised within the following 15 days. Any documents that innovando.net must provide will be supplied as copies by email or delivered to the address stated in your request within the period mentioned above. Exercising ARCO Rights and receiving information is free of charge, although Innovando.net reserves the right to charge shipping and photocopying costs.

You may revoke your consent at any time to prevent all or part of the processing of your personal data, understanding that this data is necessary for the purposes described above and that restricting its use may make it difficult for us to fulfill those purposes and provide the services you expect.

To revoke your consent to personal data processing, submit a request to the Marketing Department with a copy of your official identification proving that you are the data subject, or proof of your legal representative’s authority where applicable. State the email or postal address where you wish to receive information about the procedure, provide a clear and precise description of the personal data concerned, and include the details needed to notify you of the decision. Our Marketing Department will notify you of the decision within 15 business days of receiving a complete and properly documented request.

Innovando.net may amend or update this Privacy Notice at any time to address legislative developments, internal policies or new requirements for managing customer complaints and claims.
