(hereinafter “innovando.net”), with address at Circuito Paris 1018, Colonia Vista Hermosa, Postal Code 88710, Reynosa, Tamaulipas, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (The Law) and its Regulations, inform you that it collects and processes your personal data for the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.

Innovando.net collects your personal data directly by electronic means, either through "chat", email, telephone, and indirectly through transfers sent by its affiliated companies and/or third parties.

The personal data that we collect directly and indirectly refers to your full name, address, home, work and cell phone numbers, email and city of residence. We promise that all the data obtained will be treated under the strictest security measures that guarantee its confidentiality.

Your personal information will be used exclusively to follow up on comments, queries, complaints and claims that you present in relation to our products and services, maintain statistical and administrative controls and, where appropriate, for advertising and commercial prospecting purposes. In accordance with article 8 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data, if you do not express your opposition to the processing of your personal data, it will be understood that you give us your express consent to do so. In any case, we promise not to treat this data for purposes other than those indicated in this Privacy Notice, except in the case of the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

It is important to point out that the third parties to which innovando.net transfers your personal data agree to the same terms of this Privacy Notice and comply with the corresponding security and confidentiality measures. In any case, we promise not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the case of the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as to carry out this transfer in the terms established by that Law.

Since the treatment and transfer of your personal data is essential to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, its limitation could prevent us from complying with them and providing you with the quality services that you expect from us.

You have the right to access your personal data that we possess and the details of its treatment, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete, or cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this Notice. Of privacy; are being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or oppose their treatment for specific purposes (ARCO Rights).

To exercise the aforementioned ARCO Rights, you must submit the respective request to our Marketing Department, the area that is in charge of document administration and personal data of innovando.net. You can contact us via email contacto@innovando.net.

The request that you submit to exercise your ARCO Rights must indicate your name and the address or email where you wish to receive all the information related to the process, in addition to being accompanied by the document(s) that prove your identity. or the personality of its legal representative. Likewise, we would appreciate it if you included a clear and precise description of the data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the "ARCO" rights and of any other element that allows us to identify or locate the personal data in question. In the case of "rectification" of your personal data, you must also indicate the exact modification you are seeking to make and present the documentation that supports the request.

We ask you to consider that, for your protection and benefit, we may request additional documentation that allows us to fully identify the data you wish to access, rectify and/or cancel, or those with respect to which you wish to oppose their treatment. Likewise, we inform you that innovando.net may not be able to cancel or block your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations.

Once your complete and duly integrated application has been received, our Marketing Department will notify you of the corresponding response within a maximum period of 20 business days. If appropriate, within the following 15 days you can make your requested right effective. In the event that innovando.net must deliver documentation as a result of the exercised right, it will do so through copies that will be sent to you by email or delivered to the address that you have indicated in your request within the aforementioned period. Although the exercise of the ARCO Rights and the delivery of information is free, Innovando.net reserves the right to charge shipping costs and photocopying costs.

You can at any time revoke the consent that you have given us to totally or partially prevent the processing of your personal data, with the understanding that these are necessary for the purposes described above and its limitation could make it difficult for us to fulfill the purposes for which we collect them and the provision of the services you expect from us.

In the event that you wish to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, you must submit your request to the Marketing Department accompanied by a copy of your official identification to prove that you are the owner of the personal data (if applicable, the accreditation of your representative legal), and indicate the email or address where you want to receive the information related to the procedure, a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you need to revoke your consent and the data that allows us to notify you of the resolution relapsed to your request. Our Marketing Department will notify you of the resolution of your request within 15 business days of submitting your request, provided that it is complete and duly integrated.

Innovando.net can make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time to attend to new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the administration of customer complaints and claims.
