Our commitment to clients

We will serve our clients with integrity, competence, independence, objectivity and professionalism.

Together with our clients, we will establish realistic expectations for the benefits and outcomes of our services.

We will only accept assignments for which we have the necessary expertise and competence, and will only assign staff or colleagues with the knowledge and experience needed to serve our clients effectively.

Before accepting an engagement, we will work with our clients to establish a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan and payment arrangements.

We will handle confidential client information that is not publicly known appropriately, take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, and refrain from using confidential or privileged information for our own benefit or for another client without the client’s permission.

We will avoid conflicts of interest, including their appearance, and promptly disclose to the client any circumstances or interests we believe may affect our judgment or objectivity.

We will offer to withdraw from a consulting engagement if we believe our objectivity or integrity may be compromised.

We will refrain from inviting employees of current or former clients to consider alternative employment without first discussing the matter with our client.

Commitment to financial integrity

We will agree with the client in advance on the basis of our fees and expenses, seeking to ensure that they are reasonable and proportionate to the services delivered and the responsibilities accepted.

We will not accept commissions, compensation or other benefits from third parties in connection with recommendations made to a client without the client’s prior knowledge and consent. We will also disclose in advance any financial interest we have in the goods or services included in our recommendations.

Our commitment to the public and the profession

Within the scope of our engagement, we will report misconduct, dangerous conduct or illegal activities to the appropriate authorities within or outside the client’s organization.

We will represent the profession with integrity and professionalism in our relationships with clients, colleagues and the general public.

We will not advertise our services in a misleading way, misrepresent or disparage professional consultants, consulting firms or the consulting profession.
